Alexandra (Alex) Harvey is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner with 15 years of experience helping individuals, families, and groups of all ages.

Alex emphasizes the importance of a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, creating a safe, open environment for clients to explore their concerns. Her client-centered approach focuses on helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Various therapeutic methods are utilized, including CBT, Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s needs. She’s dedicated to supporting clients on their therapeutic journey.
