Nebraska is a Direct Access State for Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy Services?

This means you can see a therapist without a physician referral. This process can allow you to seek FYZICAL’s care as soon as possible and may eliminate the need for care beyond therapy. If needed, we will suggest care outside our scope as your health is our priority. Our in-house billing department can assist with verifying your insurance, however we recommend you contacting your insurance provider and knowing any limitations or variations of Direct Access in your health plan, as this is your responsibility. We typically schedule patients within 1-3 days and on occasion the same day. Request an appointment, and we’ll get you started on your wellness plan.

On Your First Visit

Your first visit with FYZICAL will be welcoming & personable. Please complete your paperwork on-line, a link will be sent via email. Plan on showing up at your first appointment 10 minutes early to check in. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sneakers. You will have a comprehensive evaluation with treatment goals to achieve your optimum wellness.

We offer electronic intake to allow you to complete any necessary paperwork prior to your arrival at our clinic

Automated Waitlist:

If we have an opening that meets your desired time/day preferences, we willtext/email you to let you know and give you a chance to book those visits with one-click before someone else does.

Visit Reminders:

Prior to each visit, we willsend out text and/or email reminders based on your preferences

Home Exercise Program:

Your therapist may share with you a home exercise plan that you can complete online

We offer online scheduling so that you can book the appropriate number of visits with our team ensuring you get better faster 🙂

Plan of Care Compliance:

Once per week, we’ll reach out to let you know if you are not
booked for the number of visits each week that is best for your particular case! We’ll
include a link to our online scheduling to find openings available

Opportunity Automation:

Once per week we will notify you if any openings are available for next week that meet your desired preferences

NPS Surveys

Periodically throughout your care, we will reach out to inquire how we are doing so far. We love your feedback!

Electronic Statements:
